What To Eat Before A Soccer Game – Soccer Nutrition – Soccer Tips

What To Eat Before A Soccer Game #1 – Creating your own healthy juices is one of the best changes you can make to your diet. Juice you buy from the store in most cases is not real. It contains lots of sugar and artificial ingredients that will make you overweight and lazy.

What To Eat Before A Soccer Game #2 – The ingredients in this juice may sound disgusting but when you mix them together they actually taste great. The sweetness of the fruit overpowers the bitterness of the vegetables. Most importantly you get the nutrients you need.

What To Eat Before A Soccer Game #3 – This drink provides energy, vitamins, and minerals. It will also help you cleanse your body of toxins. Toxins come from all sorts of places. If we want to remove them we have to be conscious of what we are putting into our body. This is a great place to start.

If you’re really serious about becoming a better soccer player, I’ve personally put together a free eBook, training video, and weekly tips for you. All you have to do is go to my website and watch the main video – http://www.progressivesoccertraining.com

ehm i don't know if it is real but. my mom says if you slice it with to much with those knifes like you have in a blender or something. the vitamins wil a bit go away. not much. but it won't have the full vitamine and stuff. because the knifes are going to many times trough the food. so is it better if i just eat it without just putting it in a blender??
